The staff here were friendly, the vibe was really nice, and the location was super convenient being close to ski rentals and the mountains. Our twin/double room was incredibly spacious - we even had a hot tub to relax in after a day of skiing! 🏔️.

Greatly enjoyed our great value and good-sized rooms, plus the staff was exceptionally welcoming. The place had a special atmosphere. The hotel had a beautiful location a short walk to Shiroumamie Museum.

the staff were amicable and cheerful and the location was beautiful to the bus stations to the major ski resorts. had lunch/dinner at soba shubo zen, which i found just a short walk away from the hotel. i got a double room for 7 nights, loved it. mountain view was a pleasant bonus.
